This fabulous villa was our home for a week, we wish we had booked for two! The setting is tranquil, the location just 10 minutes from Ubud and the bedrooms are fantastic. There is a spa onsite and you just ask Raman the excellent masseuse for a treatment and he is there! The communication was excellent between the hosts/their manager and the house manager. A huge thanks to all the staff who were lovely! thanks for having us, we would love to come back!

This home is paradise. Tucked away amongst the rice fields, it is private and hidden from view. The open air kitchen, dining, and living area are so enjoyable. The pool is idyllic and enormous. The bedrooms are sooo comfortable. You'll feel like you've had the best night's sleep. The compound had a staff to look after your every need. It is close to the town of Ubud. Just 10 minutes even with traffic. I enjoyed seeing the crystal collection here too which was really special. The host is easy to communicate with, as is the house manager. I would highly recommend this home! We miss it already.

The place is unbelievable: a wonderful villa in the middle of the jungle, full of tradition and with all you need to relax and recreate. As soon as we arrived there we realized we were in paradise. The staff were really nice and helpful, attending to all our needs. They cooked for us typical local meals and took us in days trips and everywhere we wanted to go. A truly wonderful and spiritual place! From the very second we stepped into the aura of Villa Ametista we were highly enchanted. Not only were we embraced by beautiful architecture, fantastic rocks and gems from the owners collection, artworks and a magnificent pool but also by lush, exuberant nature which is almost unreal in its beauty. The Villa also owns a Spa with an adjacent huge Yoga platform, which we took advantage of most mornings, and which is located overlooking the rice fields. Mere words cannot describe what it means to be here. Thank you so much for having us.

Crystal Villa is a 5-star experience. This was the first stop in a 3-week itinerary. We spent 7 amazing days relaxing and being pampered by the staff. The photos simply do not do it justice and the villa staff when above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, they even included us in a local blessing ceremony that happened to be taking place on the island and lent my husband, son and myself clothes so that we fit it. There are so many spaces to relax, read and even do yoga. We had daily massages in the onsite spa and took full average of the amazing pool. The only problem is that you won’t want to leave the villa to experience the rest of Ubud. Both our other hotels were 5-star and very nice but we are very grateful for the deeply moving experience of Crystal Villa.

This is an oasis. Luxury accommodation with a lovely setting. It was tucked away a fair bit along a modest no-cars path as is common for nicer places in Ubud. Staff were great. Would be a delight to stay again.

Wow this place is amazing, a true sanctuary. We loved our stay here it was so relaxing and and luxurious. It really is a truly special place once you are the you will not want to leave and you have no reason too. The staff were fantastic and looked after our every need from cooking , cleaning, to massages and drivers. The food was amazing as with the service. The few times we did venture in to Ubud for shopping or a night out it only took 10 minutes. We loved our stay and would recommend this to anyone . Added bonus was the Yoga pavilion over looking the rice patties great way to start the day and the reflexology ring and the amazing vibe which I guess comes form the location and all the amazing rose quarts and amethyst which surround the village. Amazing.

This most beautiful open plan house with open to garden living space and kitchen looks out to tremendous pool and literally into the jungle. Remote and peaceful but within short distance of the bustle of Ubud. Fantastic! Staff wonderful, offering as much or as little service as desired.
